While studying at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, I created this minute-long short film over the course of 5 months. I experienced the steps of the animation process—including concept art, storyboarding, animation, line and color, and backgrounds. I partnered with a student from the Berklee College of Music to produce an original score.

I was inspired by living in a city for the first time and grappling with being surrounded by more people than ever before, and yet somehow, feeling quite lonely. I hope anyone who watches this film can also find a way to enjoy the little details of a big world, and maybe, feel a little less alone.
